Delete Your PackItSmart Account

We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.

PackItSmart is developed by Borys Harholinskyi.

You can find PackItSmart on the Google Play Store and the App Store.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Send an email to support@graydev.xyz from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
  3. We will verify your identity and process the request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Account information (name, email, password)
  • Packing lists and trip data
  • User content (notes, comments, attachments)
  • Cloud sync data

Data That May Be Retained

  • Anonymized analytics data (non-identifiable)

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Local data on your device must be removed by uninstalling the app.
  • Processing your request may take up to 30 days.
